Domiciliary care provides professional support in the client’s own home, helping them manage tasks that have become more difficult while allowing them to continue living independently in familiar surroundings.
At Caring with Dignity, we believe care should fit around your life, not the other way around. We take the time to understand what our client wants, how they like to do things, and where they need a helping hand. We then shape care around individual needs, preferences, and routine.
Whether your loved one needs help with personal care, preparing meals, medication, household tasks, or getting out and about, our care workers can provide practical support while respecting their independence and choices.

Domiciliary care can provide support with the everyday tasks that help your loved one feel safe, comfortable, and in control at home.
We can provide respectful support with personal care and everyday routines, helping clients maintain their dignity and independence.
From preparing breakfast to cooking an evening meal, we can help clients enjoy the food they like, when they like it.
We can provide appropriate medication support as part of an individual care plan, helping clients stay on top of their daily routine.
Our support can include household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and other jobs that have become more difficult to manage.
We can help with clients’ weekly shopping and other essential errands, making it easier to keep on top of everyday life.
If clients need support attending an appointment, we can accompany them and provide a helping hand along the way.
Sometimes clients don’t need a long visit. A welfare pop-in can provide reassurance and make sure they’re doing well.
We can provide sitting services during the day or night when clients need someone to be there with them.
Domiciliary care can be helpful if a loved one needs additional support at home but wants to remain as independent as possible.
It may be suitable if they:
Your loved one’s needs don’t have to fit neatly into a standard care package. We’ll listen to what they need and work with you to provide support that makes sense for their life.
Clients receive the support they need without leaving the surroundings, belongings, and routines that are familiar to them.
Care should fit around the way clients live. If they have always preferred to have a later breakfast or shower at lunchtime, we believe those preferences matter.
From preparing a meal and doing the shopping to letting the dog out or accompanying a client to an appointment, practical support can make a real difference to their day.
Our role is to provide the right level of support, helping clients do what they can for themselves while stepping in where they need us.
We understand how important consistency is. We aim to provide a consistent team of care workers so clients can become familiar with the people supporting them.
Regular care visits can provide peace of mind for family members who cannot always be there themselves, while keeping them informed about the support their loved one receives.
We keep things straightforward, starting with what matters to your loved one.
Tell us about your loved one’s situation, their routine, and the things they’d like support with.
We’ll work with you to understand the support your loved one needs and create a care plan around their individual requirements.
Care workers provide practical, respectful support at agreed times, with care shaped around your loved one’s needs and preferences.
Care visits are available from 7am to 9pm, with 30-minute, 45-minute, and one-hour visits available depending on your loved one’s requirements.
We also understand that circumstances can change. If needs develop over time, we can discuss whether the care package needs to change with them.

We provide the support your loved one wants rather than simply deciding what we think they need.
We understand the importance of familiar care workers and strive to provide consistency wherever possible.
