Home care across
Dudley and surrounding areas

There is no place like home, especially when your care is designed around you.

Let’s find the right support for you or your family.

Helping you stay where
you belong

If you’re in Dudley, Sandwell or Halesowen and looking for care that actually feels like care, you’re in the right place. We’re a local team, which means we know the area, we know the community, and we show up as more than just a rostered visit. Our carers become familiar faces, the kind who remember how someone likes their tea and who genuinely enjoy the company along the way.

Whether it’s help around the house, support with getting out and about, or something more specialised like our dementia and music programmes, we build our care around real people, not a checklist. That’s what ‘person-centred’ means to us, and it’s why families across the area keep choosing us.

at home services for your loved one.

Home care designed around you

Everyone’s circumstances are different, so your care should be too. Whether you or your loved one needs a little extra help with everyday life, regular companionship, specialist dementia support, or help following a hospital stay, we’ll take the time to understand what you need and how you want to live.

Domiciliary care

Practical support with personal care, meals, medication,
household tasks, shopping, appointments, and other everyday
activities, helping you remain independent at home.

Friendly, consistent support to help you stay connected to your interests, community, and the people and activities that make life enjoyable.

Individualised support for people living with dementia, including personal care, meaningful activities, communication and memory support, and help with anxiety or changes in behaviour.

Flexible support following a hospital stay, helping you work towards your goals, regain confidence, and make the most of your recovery at home.

Whether you need a break from caring, support while recovering, or someone to step in while you’re away, our flexible respite care helps you or your loved one stay supported at home when you need it most.

The Caring With Dignity difference

With more than 45 years of experience between us, Caring With Dignity was created because we wanted to provide care based on old-fashioned values, rather than rigid timeframes and routines.

We believe care should work around the person, not the other way around. That means listening to what you say, responding to what matters to you, and helping with the everyday things that allow you to remain safely and comfortably at home.

Whether that means having kippers for breakfast (because that’s what you enjoy), choosing to wash at lunchtime (because that’s how you’ve always done it), or simply having someone who knows how you take your tea, your choices matter to us.

What care means to our clients

Company services second to none and support us as a family. My mom and stepdads faces light up when the carers walk in the room and they are always clean well fed and happy. But for this amazing company giving such wonderful care and support i would have to look at moving them into a home. They go over and above and help me and all so happy and kind nothing too much trouble. I know from carers support meetings via my work how lucky we are to have such a wonderful 100% reliable carers and how happy my mom and stepdad are.

Linda C

Daughter of client

I visit my grandparents fairly regularly on random days, and whenever I go and the carers are there, I’m always very impressed by them. They show great care for both of them, not just coming in and doing the job, but getting to know them and what they like, having in jokes and making them smile and laugh. They put their favourite music on, keep them both well groomed and during the social time they do jigsaws with my nan. My nan has said many times how great they are and how lucky she feels to have them. She always looks forward to them coming. Though my grandad doesn’t say much with his dementia, he always smiles brightly when he sees them and has a little joke with them, which is so nice to see.

The managers are very supportive and go above and beyond to help us. With the help of two carers encouraging nan and sorting out the logistics, we were even able to get nan and grandad out of the house for a meal down the road for the first time in ages. Nan is now keen to go out more often.

Ben C

Grandson of Client

I occasionally go over to my friend’s grandparents with him, and usually the carers come while we’re there. They’re always very polite and friendly, and Dennis and Tricia seem very happy to see them. The carers make them nice meals and have fun chatting and laughing with them. It’s really nice to see they’re not just doing their job, but making sure Dennis and Tricia are happy too.

Care that gives you
confidence

Good care isn’t just about the support provided during a visit. It’s about knowing that the people looking after your loved one understand them, respect their choices, and genuinely care about getting things right.

Person-centred from the start

The client’s needs, preferences, and routines are at the heart of their care. We listen first, then build support around them.

We understand the importance of a familiar face. We aim to provide consistent care teams so relationships can develop and clients can feel comfortable.

We can help with the practical things that make it possible to keep living at home, from preparing meals and shopping to attending appointments.

We’re a local care provider serving Dudley and surrounding areas. We want our support workers to become familiar, trusted faces.

With more than 45 years of experience between us, we bring together knowledge, experience, and a genuine belief in doing care differently.

We don’t assume we know what’s best for you or your loved one. We listen, respond, and adapt our support around the individual.
